Layer Cake bakery. A new baker in town! I went to this little bakery on Barranca in Irvine, to see what they had for me after lunch. This is the third or fourth time I visit the store, so I’ve tried quite a few of their desserts, I decided to take some pictures this time. I hope you enjoy them.
Liz, one of the owners told me a little bit about their desserts. The store is owned by Liz and her sister. I believe it has been open for less than six months.

Some of the items you’ll find in this unique boutique bakery, look delicious and they have a taste to match. I have tried their cheesecake, a few of the cookies and some brownies and today I discovered that they also have Pastel de Tres Leches. I was surprised that it was actually very good, I am surprised because it is hard to find good Tres Leches cake.
